Mediterranean condos are an intimate, gorgeous building of only 19 units. From the minute you step into the brand new lobby and into the elevator you have the feeling of luxury.
Walk in to your sixth floor home through a spacious foyer that leads to an open concept living space with natural light all throughout the living and kitchen spaces due to the condo located on the south corner with panoramic views of the ocean, perfect for the beach lifestyle. Updated kitchen is fully stocked with an island to eat your breakfast and stainless steel appliances. Extra large oceanfront master bedroom, overlooking the ocean and balcony. Master bathroom freshened up with new floor tile, new shower stall including frameless glass door and built in tiled shower bench. Master bathroom includes double vanity and walk in shower. King size bed and His and her closets, with ample custom closet system. Other bedrooms have terrific ocean views, west guest bedroom has private balcony with sunset views. One guest room has king bed , the other guest room has 2 bunk bed and 1 twin bed. Bonus half bath for guests. Full size laundry room with storage cabinets, and large hall closet for extra storage. The balcony has a perfect patio table and chairs for outdoor entertaining or a wonderful meal to enjoy listening to the waves and scenic views.
Outdoor amenities abound!! Newly updated clubroom for family gatherings, outdoor restrooms, so you can play all day lounging at the pool or soaking in the hot tub (rare at New Smyrna Condos). Convenient BBQ grill area for those steaks! Private beach entrance with paved walkway. Reserved parking space in the garage, with electronic access. Plenty of guest parking in front of the building as well for another vehicle or guests. Store your bikes in the garage and take an afternoon ride.
